We process all orders within 1 - 3 Weeks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 15-30 business days
  • Express Shipping: 7-10 business days

Please note that shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Customs duties, taxes, or fees may be applicable in your country, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured and encrypted for your safety.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status. Additionally, you can log into your account on our website to check your order status at any time.

We currently do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final, so please ensure that you carefully check sizing, colors, and styles before completing your purchase. If you have questions about an item, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at kinghapparel@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

We recommend following the care instructions provided on the label of each garment.

For most items, we suggest washing on the reverse side with neutral detergents. Do not soak, expose to the sun, and bleach. Iron, steam, or tumble dry at low temperature(max 30℃ or 90℉). It is recommended to wash with clothes of similar color.

Hand wash is recommended

Our products come in a range of sizes. To find the best fit, please refer to our Size Info Guide under each apparel in the description. which provides detailed measurements and tips on how to measure yourself.
